This is a comprehensive physical education unit in track and field. This is a 3 week unit with 2 lessons a week. This easy to follow, one page table shows options for intermediate and primary classes and can easily be adapted to fit every student's needs. Throughout the 3 weeks, students will practice sprints, hurdles, relay, long jump, shot put/discus, and high jump. If you have any questions about this unit, please feel free to ask!
