Use these cards as a warm up activity before your PE lesson! While you set up the sport/activity, hand one of these sheets to a student and ask them to be a fitness instructor for 5-10 minutes. He/she will read through the warm up exercises and refer to the demonstration pictures as a guide.
Print this set of 4 cards and back them onto coloured paper. I used the following key:
1st page| green |LEVEL 1 (EASY)
2nd page| yellow |LEVEL 2
3rd page| orange |LEVEL 3
4th page| red |LEVEL 4
Laminate to finish and use a white board marker to write the amounts of each exercise you'd like e.g. 10 x leg squats, 5 sit ups, etc.
