This worksheet includes two versions; version 1 has example images of the workout, version 2 does not have example images.
This can be modified and used for grades 6 through 12. I have also included the Google Doc link to this workout plan so that the teacher can make their own copy and make any changes desired. Google Docs can also be downloaded as Microsoft Word.
