PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The 1st page instructs students on how to create a list of personal vocabulary words that they are unfamiliar with and to identify the word as either adjective, noun, or verb; to copy the vocab. word's sentence from the text it was found in; to copy the word's definition; to copy a synonym for the word; and, finally, to write their own sentence with the word.
The second page can be reproduced multiple times to create a packet for students to record and keep track of their vocab. words.
This assignment works great for identifying unknown words from on-going novel-reading.
