An easy note template to copy and use to track the meeting discussions during Professional Learning Communities (PLC’s). Print and copy the quantity needed for your meetings.
The template includes a goal section, a discussion section, and a for next week section. The goal section is at the top to keep it front and center throughout the meeting. The discussion section is a place to include progress and discussion surrounding the goal and any additional PLC topics. The for next week section is a place to record the things that team members need to be prepared with for the following meeting. That section is an easy copy/paste section to send out in a reminder email during the week as well.
