I created this color sorting worksheet as a way for my students to practice decoding and reading a word, then determining of the word gets an S added to it to make it plural, or if you must change the Y to an I then +ES. A great supplement to your spelling program, as well as to your language arts lessons. I plan to use this as a follow-up activity after I teach a minilesson on the -ed suffix. Also check out my +s, +es or +ies cut and paste sorting worksheet, available in my store. I also have a pack of 8 suffix sorts (this one included), both cut and paste and color sorts like this one, available in my store. Thanks!
