This lesson plan idea that helps students with their overhand throwing skills. You will need a projector, screen or white wall so students can throw objects. All you have to do is press play and watch your students have the time of their lives! Students will have to throw objects overhand to try and hit the POKEMON that pop up on the screen ONE at a time! This game is perfect for students having to hit the POKEMON which enter onto the screen from a variety of angles and directions, along with different size targets to try and hit. The POKEMON theme song plays automatically throughout the power point too!
You can use this lesson with your whole class and have them throw all at once, or you can break the students into different teams. Each team will have their turn to throw and gain one point for every POKEMON they capture (hit).
