My students absolutely love this engaging and educational word work practice!
How to Make: laminate and cut out popcorn and “POP!” popcorn cards. Make or buy a popcorn container (l found some at www.amazon.com). Mix up the “POP!” cards with the other popcorn and place into container.
How to Play: Students will take turns pulling popcorn from the container and will then say the letter/sound/word that appears on the popcorn. If a student pulls a “POP!” card, they must put all of their cards back into the container.
Recording sheet is available but optional
