A clear and concise 30-slide PowerPoint
that you can use to introduce yourself, list required supplies, state expectations and rules, and communicate all basic classroom policies on the first day of school
Clear and Concise
I have used this PowerPoint presentation for several years and for multiple subjects. It has been modified over time to be as succinct and coherent as possible, useful for a wide range of ages and classes with little change necessary. It is designed to be bright, simple, and short.
It is a good way to quickly introduce class policies and expectations, leaving you valuable time in your first lesson for more interactive activities!
These specific slides include what I typically say to my middle school science students. However, each slide is fully editable
by changing what is in the text boxes so that you can customize to suit your needs. In addition, the small number of images are not embedded in each slide, so they can be modified, as well.
