This resource requires children to predict a consequent action of a pictured scene in a photo. The Task Cards require a child to draw on prior knowledge and understandings about the picture scene to make their prediction. As we all experience life differently predictions may vary between children and there is no right answer just realistic ones.
The task cards can be used multiple ways:
>At work stations
>Quick Write sessions
>Developing oral language in children, either as a class group or individually.

This resource is fantastic for building on childrens prediction skills. The photos vary in complexity and some lend themselves towards children drawing more obvious conclusions.
The written text are completely original and a little more challenging. Educators are able to differentiate predicting activities in their class using these Task Cards.
Once the Task Cards are printed and laminated they become a fantastic teacher / educator resource which can be used repeatedly over the year (and even subsequent years).
