Great worksheet to use when starting a new goal, or keeping track of an existing goal. First start by identifying the goal... then indicate some steps you'd think would be great to reaching your goal. The ladder on the right side is there to make markings that start from the bottom of the ladder until you reach the top (your goal). The bottom half of the worksheet is to identify what it took to reach your goal, along with what you'd change in the steps if ever you were to do this goal (or a similar goal) again. This worksheet can be reproduced for you and/or your class to achieve as many goals as you'd like to accomplish. This worksheet also complies Stephen R. Covey's, "The 7 Habits"...
