This resource contains differentiated and scaffolded paired passage practice at multiple levels.
The passages are available at two different levels, Level 1 for the lowest level and Level 2 for the highest level. Each passage is labeled with the level in the upper left corner.
The responses are available at three different levels of support. Levels are labeled on the response sheets in the upper right corner.
Level 1: Think Aloud Prompts and Sentence Stems

The sets are organized with the set number in the upper right corner of each page.
This includes informational and literature texts. The informational text topics are World War I, World War II, The Great Depression, and Earthquakes.
Skills include point of view, inferences, text structure, comparing and contrasting, cause and effect, main idea and summarizing.
