This is a nice, hands-on lesson for classes where a lot of interaction is necessary. For the younger kids, I really tried to drill descriptive words and personality traits. I have highlighted quite a few potential vocabulary words in red throughout the lesson. The younger kids are definitely going to hold their hand out and expect you to describe their lines for them. You should respond to this with questions and try to get them to read their own palms (Is that straight or wavy? What do you think?) For the older classes or larger classes, I focused more on trying to get them to engage each other in English and become palm readers. Either way, the high level of interactivity makes this lesson go fast. You really have to focus in order to finish everything before class ends.
