Paper circuits are a super fun and non-threatening way to introduce circuits to students of all ages.
This is a 5E Model Lesson on electronic circuits for 5th grade students.
Supports 5th grade TEKS: Science 5.6(B), Math 5.1(B), Technology 5.1(A), ELA 5.15(B), 5.15(C)
Objectives:
Students will be able to identify the parts of a circuit and explain how it works.
Students will create their own circuit, explain their process for creating it, and explain how it works.
Students will troubleshoot and solve problems to make simple and parallel circuits with working LEDs.
