This file is a simple tool for keeping track of parent contacts. Just enter the student's name and then tab to any column to add information. I like to open this file each time I make a parent call and fill it out as I visit. There are instructions for how to add comments in any cell and for sorting your information by column if you wish. If you sort by student name, you can see all contacts for that student in one spot. Maybe your whole team needs to use this form so that anyone with some Excel skills could compile all the contacts. Imagine having all your team teacher's contacts in one handy place. Administrators love to see teachers keep good records of all parent communications! A helpful tip is to use the "wrap text" option in your Excel version if you have a comment that takes up a lot of space. This file was designed by Susan Sawyer.
