A great way to keep track of all your parent-teacher interactions! There's a place to mark who you've contacted, and through which means, whether it be email, phone call, note home, or a conference. In addition, there is space to provide details of the parent contact such as what was communicated. Each student is provided with a full front and back page to write down (just have your printer set to front and back). I have found this is also handy for any serious meetings that may occur involving a child and parent to show that there has been effort to address and resolve any serious issues as well. I like to organize mine using alphabetical dividers (around $5 at any office supply store) since I teach roughly 120 kids.
