Page one: List names of all students and simply check off each time you contact a parent. This gives you a snapshot of students who are getting calls home repeatedly and those who are being forgotten.
Page two: record of any mass texts/e-mails sent out. Space for date, time, and content of message.
Pages three and four: individual student log sheets. Record relevant family information and notes such as "translator needed", space to record individual conversation topics, date, and time.
If school requires digit records, simply scan and save to necessary drive.
