I was looking for some short and sweet way to communicate daily with the parents of my students, most of whom are nonverbal and unable to tell their parents about their day. I came up with this little note which prints 4 to a page that simply requires a few circles and/or checkmarks to let parents know the child's mood, whether or not they ate their snack, and what therapies they had that day. These can be completed and put in backpacks in less than five minutes.
Thanks to Educasong
for the happy/sad graphics. Boardmaker was used for the snack graphics.
