Pete the Cat's Groovy Bake Sale
"I ask you to first read the story along with your student, and then to complete the lesson and carry out the objectives stated in this letter. These objectives include areas of language, cognitive, and social development. There is also an activity to go along with the reading to promote comprehension. These activities should be fun and can lead to further discussion on the topics. I have included some questions that you may discuss with your child, but feel free to lead the discussion as you see fit to meet the objectives"
