You are going to LOVE using these "3 Stars & 2 Wishes" flip books for parent-teacher conferences this year!
Let your students help lead conferences by identifying 3 ways that they have been stars this term (3 things they are proud of), and 2 wishes they have (2 areas where they want to improve).
Then, after discussion of these five areas at the conference, make a plan with the student and parents about what their goals are moving forward. Take a pic of the plan so you have a record, and then let parents take them home so everybody is literally "on the same page!" Ha ha. Sorry, couldn't resist.
The flip books are easy-peasy and low prep - just (edit if you want to) and print the template single-sided in either color or black and white. Each book will require 6 sheets of paper. Once printed, line them up, fold and staple!
I've also included a few of my favorite templates to help me prepare and stay organized during parent-teacher conferences. All of the templates come in black and white as well as color, and are all editable.
