1) Initial letter to send home to parents letting them know that conferences are approaching. It has a place for parents to circle three times that work for them, their name and their child's name, and if they need a translator and what language to be translated.
2) Reminder letter to parents. This letter is sent home about a week before the conference and tells the parent when their conference is scheduled to take place. There is room for parents to say if they will be attending or need to reschedule.
3) Conference schedule. This was always helpful to me. I could write down who was scheduled for what time and if they showed up or not.
All three documents are completed in Word and specific wording, times, dates, and names can be easily changed.
