I use this checklist to organize my student data before parent teacher conferences. The checklist includes assessment information, and curriculum expectations for:
You can copy the checklist and fill it out by hand, save it as a template and fill it out for each student on the computer or copy and paste it into an excel file.
This year, I opened it on my ipad and had students complete the checklist with me in a student conference format. During the parent teacher conference, I was able to stay on track as I explained each student's strengths and needs. I gave each parent a copy of the checklist, so that they were able to identify which skills they could continue to work on at home.
I have left this document as a word document, so that you can edit the fields to tailor the assessments and/or skills to your school and grade level. The feedback on this document from my parents was overwhelmingly positive.
