Are you looking for an easy way to manage parent volunteers? Use these editable parent volunteer forms to help you manage parent helpers and let parents know what they can do in class to support learning. See how I used parent volunteers here.
- Volunteer schedule and sample
- Directions and samples (parent volunteers, small groups, Read Naturally, and Copy Queen) and a blank page
- Parent Help (different versions for 3, 4, 5, and 6 jobs)
- “Thanks for Popping In” notes to put on popcorn to say thanks! (color and B&W)
I laminate the form that says "Parent Volunteers" and "Small Groups" back-to-back. The first form lets parents know my expectations and has a few good reminders about student confidentiality and management. The back from lets them know what to do in small groups.
I've found that leaving this laminated sheet where they'll be working with kids is an easy way for me to communicate with parent helpers about the activity without taking away any teaching time.
You can make it generic like I did, and use it week-after-week. Or, print out new instructions each week with more detailed instructions. It's totally up to you!
It's completely editable! It comes with 4 pre made headings and 1 blank page. Each page comes with pre made text boxes. All you have to do is download KG fonts: Shake it Off for the heading and KG Begin Again for the text.
