This fun and engaging game will have your students recognising their 2D and 3D shapes!
You can play this game in small groups or pairs.
Each player will need a toy car (or other marker like a counter or chip).
Play 2 ways:
One person is the caller. The caller chooses a game card and says the shape on the card. All students ‘drive’ their car to the correct space in the car park; or
Players take it in turns to draw a card. Players share the card with each other (depending on ability, players could read it aloud or just look to ‘match’). All students drive their car to the correct space in the car park.
Continue with the game until students have practised the 2D and 3D shapes on all cards.
Included are parking lots for 2D and 3D shapes (as well as 3D shapes represented by everyday objects), as well as game cards for both in color and black and white options.
