PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

During this lab students compare the dissolve rates of a sugar cube, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar. They will learn that the more we chew food before we swallow (surface area:volume), the faster it will be digested.
Materials needed: sugar cubes, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, 3 beakers per group, water, thermometer, stir rod, stopwatch, triple beam balance.
