Partner activity on solving one-step equations: Partner A solves the problems in the Partner A column and Partner B solves the problems in the Partner B column. After solving each one-step equation, students compare their answers. Even though the equations are different, the solutions will be the same. If students agree on the solution, they write it in the solution box. If they have different answers, they need to work together to find the mistakes. Students need to show all work and check their answers on a separate sheet of paper.
