This is a quick way to assign partners and have students know their spot in the classroom to work. It eliminates confusion and arguments!
*There are three cards for each image. In my classroom, I laminate all the cards to make sure they last for many years. I take one card of each image and tape it to the ground of my classroom, in order to give each partner group specific and sufficient space to work. Then I mix up the rest of the cards and pass them out to the students, it is a quick way to assign random partners and give them a specific location to work. I normally let the students keep the cards for a week and then we will switch partners again.
