Students focus on writing with sensory language, imagery, descriptive details, and using dialogue in this fun partner writing presentation that starts students off with a writing prompt and a spooky house picture.
This can be done in October for Halloween, but it does not have to be.
1. Students write setting paragraphs using photos as inspiration.
2. Students work as partners to write two stories using a writing prompt.
3. Students revise and edit their writing using the narrative writing rubric and instructions (download the free narrative writing rubric, in my products) as partners and as individuals.
