Partner activities are a great way to get students engaged!
In my "Partner Power" activities, each partner will solve a different problem. However, if each partner has solved his/her problem correctly, their answers should match.
This activity consists of twenty expressions (ten for each partner). Students will simplify each expression by distributing and then combining like terms.
This activity can be used for practice, as a review, as a math center, or as an assignment choice for differentiating lessons.
