This resource is a great way to review or refresh your students' knowledge of interjections, either at the beginning of the school year or with small groups as you progress through instruction/reteach. This packet includes a note page for students to list examples of adjectives, a practice worksheet, and a quiz over the concept. Answer keys are included.
At the end, there is a project by which you can assess your students' understanding and use of interjections. In the project, students will write their own original poem using interjections based on Jack Prelutsky's poem "Homework! Oh, Homework!" and create a visual in the app Educreations. For assessment, there is a rubric to assess the poems and a rubric to assess technology skills.
