Jeopardy game includes "easy" "medium" "difficult" and "surprise" questions for nouns, verbs, and adjectives.
Students must read a sentence and determine the part of speech of the underlined word.
Example: Difficult 300: The tree began to flower. (underlined word flower)
Answer: Verb, because in this sentence it is an action
Words used: dog, brother, blows, sparkly, hungry, test, pause, clean, flower, mark, water, blue
*For medium and difficult questions, I used words that have more than one part of speech, and students must decide which the sentence fits.
You are welcome to change the questions and answers for PERSONAL use for parts of speech. HOWEVER, you may not reproduce and sell as your own in any way with parts of speech use or any other topic.
