Scribal (not scribble) is a timed game for students practicing identifying parts of speech. The game is to copy, thus the name, parts of speech from playing cards onto their score card showing that they know the parts of speech. I have broken this game into specific and target areas, not just the major parts of speech. You are purchasing the following: Score Sheet, Word Check List, Card Backs, Card Front 88 Nouns, 62 Pronouns, 62 Action Verbs, 22 Helping Verbs, 11 Linking Verbs, 35 Prepositions, 21 Adjectives, 3 Articles, 19 Comparatives & Superlatives, 36 Adverbs, 7 Conjunctions, and 22 Interjections. Some are duplicated for a fair chance to get all parts of speech for a total of 66 pages of playing cards, plenty for several games at the same time. It is important to print these in landscape mode. See the Score Sheet Preview File for rules and directions. Thank you for shopping STAAR This at TeachersPayTeachers.com.
