These are activities to guide students in practicing tense changes in the Spanish Subjunctive. The activities are designed for students who have already learned to form all of the tenses and are ready to practice choosing which tense to use according to the context of a sentence.
1 activity is multiple choice to allow the students to choose the tense/ mood before they have to conjugate (10 sentences)
3 activities are sentence completion where the students have to finish the sentences with their own response in the appropriate tense and mood (32 sentences total)
3 activities are fill in style with discrete sentences and an infinitive that the students must conjugate in the correct form, tense and mood (54 sentences total)
An answer key is provided for the activities. The free response activities have the required tense as well as a sample response.
These activities has worked well at the end of Spanish 3 and in upper level courses.
