Product Description
This is a story my French 4's wrote for my French 2's. It's a feminist twist on the "The Little Mermaid," in which the man goes to join the mermaid in the sea. My French 2's love it! The thumbnails only show the tense chart; download the preview to get a taste of the story.

The PPT begins with a chart reviewing when to use PC vs imparfait. In the story, every verb is in the infinitive form, and I ask students to read the sentence, conjugate the verb, and explain why they picked the tense that they did.

When the students inevitably ask "How could a mermaid be drowning?" I say "Patience! Attendez, vous allez voir!" :)
