Goals: articulation, categories, antonyms, synonyms, homophones, vocabulary development
To play: Each player receives a different game board with the same target. On your turn, label a picture and, if you say it correctly, every player covers the picture. The goal is to be the first one to make a path from sea to sea or forest to forest. Remember paths can be winding!
My students like to use flat marbles (“stepping stones”) to cover, but you can also use “chippers” or dry erase marker.
Instructions are included at the bottom of each game board and with slight variations for language boards.
This pack includes game boards for the following targets (2 different boards per target, except where indicated).
Articulation: initial th/TH, final TH, initial SH, final SH, initial CH, final CH, initial L, final L, initial K, final K, initial S (4), final S, initial R (4), medial/final EAR, medial/final AIR, medial/final AR, medial/final OR, medial/final ER,
Language: categories (4), antonyms (4), synonyms (4), homophones (4)
These game boards with their adorable Smarty Symbols and Educlip clip art will be a hit in your therapy room with both you and students!
