Want to incorporate pattern blocks into a literacy center as an activity? Now you can! KindergartenWorks brings you a ready to print book for your literacy center needs.
Students will learn to write labels and document the blocks they use when using this book. Students create their own designs and pictures, making this an authentic literacy experience.
You can introduce how to use this activity, model using pattern blocks (tracing them) or pattern block stamps and students will pick up the activity quickly.

blank student page for you to make as many copies as you wish!ÂÂ
We recommend laminating the front cover and teacher-modeling page and then binding those with the blank student pages. Print double-sided to save paper or print on scrap paper. We suggest that you make enough copies of the blank student pages for each book and make one book for each quarter so that the activity keeps student interest all year long, but save each book as you add another one for students to create each others' designs.
