This resource can be used for review, extra practice, or homework material. An adult should read the directions and have students answer each question by:
1. Reading the pattern.
2. Labeling the pattern by naming it using letters (if applicable) e.g. writing A, B, B above the pattern that is grapes, pineapple, pineapple.
3. Identifying the missing parts of the pattern by drawing them in or writing the letters, then going back to re-read the pattern in order to double check.
4. Identifying the unit or part that repeats by drawing a line between units or circling the units.
