K & 1st Common Core Fluency standards
The CCSS requires that students become fluent at constructing and deconstructing numbers to 5 & 10 for Kindergarten and 1st graders. In order to become fluent, students need repeated practice and exposure in different settings. These games are a fun way to help your students increase their confidence and flexibility.
CCSS: K.OA.2, K.OA.3, K.OA.5, 1.OA.6
Included: 4 different decks of cards to 10 (dot patterns, tally marks, numerals, ten frames)

Use these cards to help you differentiate your instruction. In addition to the 3 games listed above, there are many other games to play!
You can also use these cards for simple number identification and matching quantities.
Students can play ‘War’ and identify numbers that are more or less.
Use your imagination!! There are so many ways to use these cards!! Please share with me any new ideas you might have!! I’d love to add them to the activity!!
