This is a two-part arrangement of the folk song with a simple Orff instrument accompaniment. Soprano sings melody. Alto sings a descant/countermelody part which varies with each of 3 verses. You get the arrangement in both F Major and D Major. Great song for sixteenth notes with rhythm notation page included. This product offers lots of activities for your students. Have fun introducing this melody and teaching the play party game with your class, then practice notating rhythm, teach the instrument parts, teach the alto part, then combine the parts. Also use the hyperlinks to learn about paw paw trees and fruit. Lots of bang for your bucks with this product!
