This super cute behavior chart is perfect for your dog-themed (or any-themed!) classroom.
Students begin the each day on green, then can move up to blue or purple for good choices or down to yellow, orange, or red for poor choices. In my classroom, students may earn their way back to green, blue, or purple from yellow, orange, or red by improving their behavior and making better choices.
Purple: Paws-itively Awesome!
Blue: Tail-wagging great!
Green: Ready to Learn!
Yellow: Dropped the ball. I need to make better choices.
Orange: In the dog house. I need a time out to regroup.
Red: Ruff day! My parent or principal needs to know about my behavior.
*Print, cut, then tape the sections together from the back. From top to bottom, the color order is purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red.
*Laminate, if desired (I recommend it!).
*Hang with sticky hooks, add clothespins with students names, and you are good to go!
