Peanut Butter and Jellyfish by Jarrett J. Krosocczka is a story that depicts a crab named Crabby who, at first, exhibited unfriendly behaviors including unkind name-calling. Peanut Butter & Jellyfish showed friendly behaviors by being kind to Crabby. When Crabby was trapped by a fisherman’s cage, Peanut Butter & Jellyfish decided they should help to save Crabby even though Crabby had been mean to them. By the end of the story, the three sea creatures became friends. Crabby apologized to Peanut Butter & Jellyfish for being unkind and explained that he had been jealous of their friendship.
