INTEGRATE STEM IN YOUR CLASSROOM THIS SPRING! Students will hop at the chance to complete this Easter STEM activities! In this activity students are challenge to a peep palace using cardboard tubes, cardboard pieces, card stock, construction paper, and craft sticks. The palace must be able to withstand weight from either peeps or a stuffed peep and hold as many peep individuals as possible on the palace wall.
Students will develop critical thinking and engineering skills as they work through the challenge. They will use the engineer design process the brainstorm, plan, create, test and improve! Opportunities for reflection are incorporated into the activity.
