You know how it feels. It always happens. You assign a group project and someone just doesn't pull their weight! This is an easy way to check with each member of a group and get a picture of what happened during the project.
This peer review sheet can be used for almost any assignment. It has a line for you to write the assignment that particular paper is assigned for.
There is a place for the following things:
1. A place to write each group members name (including themselves)
2. Rate the amount of work the student did from 0-10
3. A few lines for the students to actually write down exactly what the others did in the group!
I have included enough spaces for a group of 5 but you can always add more or have the students leave the spaces blank if they have fewer people in their group.
It's a great way for students to be honest about their group members without feeling guilty!
