Product Description
Students read and annotate 3 poems about Penelope from Homer's "The Odyssey." The poems include "An Ancient Gesture" by Edna St. Vincent Millay, "Penelope" by Dorothy Parker, and "Penelope to Ulysses" by Meredith Schwartz.

After annotating the poems, students answer questions with cited evidence from the 3 poems. This is a great chance to practice weaving quotes into writing.
