Product Description
This cute and fun penguin-themed speech therapy activity helps students learn how to appropriately respond to Who, What, Where, When, and Why questions. Each type of question has three levels: no answer choices, three written choices, and three picture choices making this product ideal for a diverse caseload with students who are at different skill levels and who need different levels of instruction. The cards with picture choices are great for students who are non-readers or who benefit from visual cues.

The written and picture choices are geared towards comprehension of what type of "Wh"-question is being asked. The wrong choices are answers to other related "Wh"-questions:

Example: "Who flies an airplane?" a) flying b) pilot c) in the sky

Contents:
There are 270 cards total - 54 cards for each "Wh"-Question
- 18 independent cards (no choices) and then the same 18 cards are repeated with 18 three written choices cards and 18 three picture choices cards.

Also included:
- Wh-questions teaching/prompt cards
- "You've been spotted by a seal! Lose a turn" cards
- Igloo mat
- "Help the Penguin Family Get Home" game board

These cards can be used in a variety of ways:
- Hole punch and attach with a key ring for Wh-question practice on the go.
- Give each student an igloo. Have students take turns drawing cards and answering Wh-questions. If they answer the question correctly, they can put the penguin card on their igloo. Warn students not to get spotted by a seal though or they lose a turn! The student with the most penguin cards on their igloo when all the cards are gone, wins!
- Use dice and game board pieces to play on the provided penguin themed game board. Students draw a card and answer the Wh-question before rolling the dice and moving around the game board. The student who reaches the igloo first, wins!

Please ask any questions prior to purchasing. I hope you enjoy this product! Thank you!
