"There are many people at school who help us.
Teachers are at school.
Teachers help us learn reading, writing and math."
Who Goes With What Matching Mat:
In a small group, center or independent work station, students will match each person at school to the object that they use or are associated with.
People At School Big Flips Matching Activities:
There are three sets included for students working at three different levels. Level 1--Matching people at school, picture to picture. Level 2--Matching each person at school to the word. Level 3--Matching each person at school to the sentence that describes them.
People at School Wh-Questions:
This set of WH Questions includes 20 different questions about community helpers. Students can indicate their answers by pointing, clipping, or using a dry erase marker. Sample questions include:
Who helps us learn to read?
Who helps us learn to draw?
Who teaches us how to throw a ball?
Who drives us home from school?
Who gives us lunch choices?
Interactive Bulletin Board Posters:
The interactive bulletin board posters can be displayed on your interactive bulletin board. Students can interact with the poster by matching the correct person at school to each poster. You can also print and laminate a second set for your workstations or centers and put them on a metal ring to create another work task.
