Learn some popular animals by continent and by movie with Pepper as she tours wildlife reserves of the world. In the booklets, interactive PowerPoint presentations, worksheets and pictures, Pepper introduces French vocabulary and simple sentences most suitable for those learning elementary French in grades pre-K to 5 (or ages 3 to 10). The documents are in PDF, PowerPoint and Word so you can edit them. For English
The three interactive Powerpoints are suitable for all ages. One is based on the booklet following Pepper through wildlife reserves of the world and her own backyard. Another asks what individual animals do you see. The final PowerPoint is a quiz game called "Name That Movie" where students name animals, continents, then movies and dates in the target language.
In the eight-page booklet (made out of one sheet of paper), students write in vocabulary. The booklet comes in color, and in black and white for students to enjoy coloring. For ages 3 and up there are thirty-four large pictures of individual animals and groups of animals by continent to write vocabulary on and color. Finally, there are worksheets for students to complete which can be used as a homework assignment, a test or assigned on a day when a substitute teacher is present.
