Students will model percent of a number and equivalent representations (converting fractions, decimals and percents) in this great math center activity! These five stations all use hundreds charts to push student thinking about percents, fractions, and percent of a number. Students will rotate through all five stations, with stations focusing on different aspects of percents. The stations will focus on these concepts: finding percent of a number; finding the total amount based on a percent; and conversion between equivalent representations of fractions, decimals and percents.
This resource provides both color and black/white versions of the stations. Consider printing the stations on cardstock and laminating them so you can use them over and over. There is also a student answer sheet, and answer keys.
