Product Description

Student will engage in an WrittenPerformance Task that asks them to identify mechanical and electromagnetic waves in various scenarios.

Task 1 - has them analyzing a video clip.

Task 2 - provides them data and an investigation setup and challenges them to analyze the data in order to determine which wave they are observing.

Task 3 - has the students explore two different scenarios and justify which one of them is more closely related to what they observed in task 1.

The performance task comes fully equipped with a rubric for easy grading. The rubric is based on content and the CER model for writing. The must make a claim and defend that claim with evidence and reasoning.
