Practice perimeter with this Halloween themed task card set. I use these in a couple of ways, I put them in centers for students to do on their own or I put them up for a 'Gallery walk.' Gallery walk is when I hang up the cards all over the room (I've even hung them along our hallway). When students finish work, they may grab their recording sheet and a clipboard. They then get to walk around and answer the cards. We talk about how galleries are always very quiet and people don't crowd or bother other viewers. They are seriously so crazy quiet when they do this! When I use this as 'extra' work, I have students turn them in and after I check them over, I put the names of those that got hundreds in a bowl and pull one or two out for a prize. Sometimes, I put every name in that finished and perfect scores get their name in twice!
You will receive 16 task cards, a recording sheet, and answer key.
